Ottumwa -- Six players from the 2016 Indian Hills men's soccer team that won 11 games, the most in program history, will be playing at four-year schools next year after signing National Letters of Intent this week.

The IHCC players who will be moving on include: Gabriel Quartarone (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) to University of Montevallo in Alabama; Pablo Bianchi (Santiago, Chile) to Wingate University in North Carolina, the NCAA Division II national champs in 2016; Joao Brasil (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) to Drury University in Missouri; Immanyuel Barnswell (Toronto, Canada) to Concordia Ann Arbor in Michigan; and Rafa Yegros (Asuncion, Paraguay) and Juan Vargas (Bogota, Colombia), both headed to Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa.

Bianchi, Vargas and Barnswell were all named to the Academic All-Region first team last fall, and Yegros was on the second team.

Brasil led the Warriors with his 13 assists in '16 and he had one goal. Bianchi and Yegros each scored a goal and Yegros picked up two assists and Bianchi one.
