Ottumwa -- Two second-half goals from Filippo Reggio were the difference in Indian Hills' 3-1 win against NIACC Saturday at the IHCC field.
Gustavo Barroso gave Indian Hills the lead with a goal in the 41st mnute of the first half, putting the Warriors on top 1-0 at intermission.
Reggio, a sophomore, scored off assists by Barroso and Karim Oullami in the second half to make it 2-0. After NIACC's lone goal of the match, Reggio came back with another goal, assisted by David Medeiros, for some insurance and the final margin.
Reggio's only other goal came in a win against Northeast (Neb.) in the fourth match of the seson.
Alan Roman, in goal for the second straight game for IHCC, had four saves.
The Warriors improved to 5-3-1 and 3-2 in conference play. They will battle Iowa Central in Fort Dodge on Tuesday.
