Record-Breaking Win at Kirkwood

Cedar Rapids, Iowa -- The Indian Hills volleyball team smashed a 12-year old school record for consecutive match wins, rolling to its 24th straight victory on Tuesday night, beating No. 8 ranked (DII) Kirkwood in three sets at Johnson Hall.

The Warriors swept the Eagles, 25-15, 25-15, 25-20, to raise their season record to 33-3 and break a record which was established in 2004.

Camila Nicoletti slammed 16 kills and served up three aces for IHCC. Antonija Ivanovic contributed 11 digs and Talita Oliveira had five blocks.

Indian Hills plays its last regular-season road contest on Thursday at DMACC and then returns home to prepare for a final home match on Monday against Southeastern CC.
