The Indian Hills Community College Athletic Department has named Chloe Olson as May’s Student-Athlete of the Month. This accolade honors student-athletes who have demonstrated outstanding commitment in both their respective sport, as well as the classroom.

Olson, a native of Ankeny, Iowa had a stellar performance in May. She hit a .423 and was a 11 for 26 at the plate. She also tallied 7 home runs, 12 RBI’s and scored 8 runs in 9 games. Olson was selected First-Team All-Region as a designated player. Coach Lindsay commented “Chloe is an athlete and really had an impressive post season. She is a threat at the plate always and came through in some big moments for the Warriors. Looking at the numbers that Chloe put up this season is exciting knowing she will be back for another year.”
