Sophomore Jenna Vallee of the nationall ranked women's volleyball team has been named the Indian Hills Community College August Female Student-Athlete of the Month. Vallee has served an integral role for the Warriors early on in 2022 as the team has jumped to the No. 4 spot in the national rankings and a 14-1 overall record.

A third-year member of the Warriors, Vallee has provided leadership both on and off the court for Indian Hills. Vallee's efforts on the court has led to 88 kills this season, third-most on the team. Vallee posted a career-high 17 kills in the team's season-opening victory over Hutchinson Community College and has posted two double-doubles on the year.

Vallee, a liberal arts major, was selected to the 2021 ICCAC All-Academic Team.
