Schenck-Joblinske Joins Baseball Staff

Schenck-Joblinske

Centerville -- Eric Schenck-Joblinske became the newest member of the IHCC baseball program when he was hired as an assistant coach under Matt Torrez.  Most recently at the University of Texas at Arlington, where he was baseball director of operations, Schenck-Joblinske, a Dike, Iowa native, was heavily involved in all phases of the program while he was obtaining his master's degree in communications.  He also owns a bachelor's degree in ethics and public policy from the University of Iowa and an associate's degree from Kirkwood Community College.

Schenck-Joblinske played baseball at both Kirkwood, where he was an all-region performer, and Iowa, where he competed for coach Rick Heller and was named all-academic Big Ten.  Schenck-Joblinske joins Jordan Camp as assistants under Torrez, who was named the IHCC head coach earlier this summer.
