Three More Basketball Players Moving On

Ottumwa -- A signing ceremony at Indian Hills on May 2 brought together many of the IHCC student-athletes who signed letters of intent with four-year schools where they will continue their athletic and academic careers.  Among those recognized were three members of this past season's Warrior basketball team.  They are:

Lance Singh -- Lance played in 25 games this season after transferring from Mineral Area College.  He averaged 4.5 points a game and shot .864 from the free throw line.  He has signed to play at Delaware State University, a member of the MEAC, coached by Eric Skeeters. 

Josh Nicholas -- Josh, a transfer from St. Francis Brooklyn, appeared in 21 IHCC games in 2018-19, averaging 3.7 points.  His is headed to Louisiana Monroe, a Sun Belt Conference team whose head coach is Keith Richard. 

Tyler Chisom -- A second-team all-region performer in his sophomore season, Tyler averaged 9.8 points and 4.2 rebounds.  He played his freshman year at Ancilla College in Indiana.  After his IHCC season he will attend the University of South Dakota and play for head coach Todd Lee in the Summit League.

IHCC sophomore guard Devontae Lane signed a letter of intent with Central Michigan University in the fall signing period.
