Bill Hansen and Morris Frisbie, longtime companions and Indian Hills Athletic Department volunteers were inducted into the Indian Hills Athletic Department as recipients of the Lifetime Contribution Award

Two staples in the Indian Hills Community College Athletic Department have contributed more than three decades of volunteer service to countless teams, student-athletes, and fans that continue to impact Warrior Nation to this day.

Morris Frisbie and Bill Hansen will officially be inducted into the Indian Hills Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2024. The longtime Warrior enthusiasts will each receive the Lifetime Contribution Award which recognizes individuals who have provided distinguished service to Indian Hills Community College.

Frisbie and Hansen, longtime companions and former Indian Hills Community College employees, have left their mark on Warrior Athletics for more than 30 years. The duo have worked tirelessly to provide volunteer service across numerous athletic competitions and programs. From scoreboard operators to public address announcers, from scorekeepers to historians, Frisbie and Hansen have gathered lifelong memories from the press box to the scorer's table where they have witnessed thousands of Warrior victories and records along the way.

Hansen, a founding member of the Indian Hills Trailblazer Club, provided more than 30 years of service to the Indian Hills Athletic Department, including the 'Voice of the Warriors' at home basketball, volleyball, and softball events. Hansen previously served Indian Hills as the Assistant Registrar and Director of Veteran Affairs.

Frisbie, an active member of the Indian Hills Trailblazer Club, previously worked at Indian Hills as a Computer Networking Instructor. Frisbie's volunteer service at the college includes numerous roles, a jack-of-all-trades, that remains a welcoming presence in the Indian Hills Softball press box on gamedays.

To this day, Frisbie and Hansen can be seen at nearly all home events on campus with their spouses, supporting Warrior Athletics, just as they have for more than 30 years.

Lindsay Diehl, former Indian Hills Softball Head Coach, on Frisbie and Hansen

"You can't think of an Indian Hills Softball game and not think of Bill and Morri up in the press box. From the good old days when I played, and they were hanging out over the top of 3rd base and high-fiving after games, to my time coming back to coach and seeing their familiar faces up in the box. They were always a duo and loved being at the ballpark cheering on the Warriors.

They have a deep pride in all Indian Hills Athletics and treated the student-athletes like family. These two have dedicated so much of their time to Indian Hills Athletics that they rightfully belong in the Hall of Fame alongside all of the greats of Indian Hills. Thank you, Bill and Morri, for all you have given to the Warriors, we appreciate you!
