WARRIORS RANKED NO. 10 IN FIRST SPRING POLL

Ottumwa, IA – The Indian Hills Men's Golf team is less than two weeks away from returning to action for the spring season. Ahead of the Warriors' first tee time, Indian Hills is ranked No. 10 in the first National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) DI Men's Golf poll for the spring.

The Warriors captured a pair of tournaments in the fall season at the Siouxland Invite in Orange City, IA and the Bent Tree Intercollegiate Showcase in Council Bluffs, IA. Indian Hills also posted solid showings at the NJCAA National Preview in Newton, KS, the Flyer Intercollegiate in Lemont, IL, and the Grier Jones Shocker Invitational in Wichita, KS.

Indian Hills is the top-ranked team from the state of Iowa and third-highest ranked team from the NJCAA Central District teams which includes No. 1 Hutchinson Community College and No. 4 Dodge City Community College.

Head coach Michael Wetrich and the Warriors are set to return to action March 13-14 at the Lindenwood Invitational in St. Charles, MO. The Warriors have four tournaments scheduled before postseason action gets underway at the NJCAA Central District Championship in Wichita, KS April 24-25 and the NJCAA National Championship in Newton, KS May 16-19.
