GLAUDAS EARNS FIFTH CONSECUTIVE ICCAC HONOR

Ottumwa, IA – Sophomore Gaspar Glaudas (Sainte Tulle, France/Shattuck St-Mary's) opened up the spring season for No. 3 nationally ranked Indian Hills Golf with a dominant performance on the links and has been tapped as this week's Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) DI Men's Golf Athlete of the Golf.

Glaudas, the top-ranked golfer in the nation, has now earned five ICCAC Athlete of the Week honors after an impressive sophomore campaign. A National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-American from a year ago, Glaudas helped lead the Warriors to a second-place finish at the Lindenwood Invitational in St. Charles, MO last week.

At the Lindenwood Invite, Glaudas took fifth overall for the Warriors, the sophomore's fourth top-five finish of the year. The sophomore was the top junior college finisher at the tournament, posting a 4-under, 209. Glaudas posted back-to-back rounds of 69 to open before finishing with a third round, 71.

Glaudas has now registered eight of his 17 rounds this year in 60's as the sophomore has maintained his spot atop the individual Scoreboard Powered by Clippd National Rankings.

Next up for the Warriors is the Don Benbow Butler Spring Invitational in Indianapolis, IN April 1-2.
