WARRIORS RANKED NO. 3 IN LATEST NJCAA POLL

2022-23 NJCAA DI MEN'S BASKETBALL RANKINGS

Ottumwa, IA – Indian Hills Men's Basketball held steady at No. 3 in the latest National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) DI Men's Basketball poll in this week's rankings, announced Monday afternoon. The Warriors are 22-2 overall on the year and 3-0 in the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC.

The Warriors are coming off a 2-0 week last week which included an 81-65 victory over then-No. 18 Southeastern Community College at the Hellyer Center on Saturday night. The Warriors also defeated Sauk Valley community College 81-61 on the road in Dixon, IL on Monday night.

Indian Hills has now won seven in a row after defeating Southeastern in a conference tilt. The win over the Blackhawks was the sixth of the year over a nationally ranked opponent, and the second over Southeastern in the span of three weeks.

Sophomore Don McHenry (Milwaukee, WI/Hawaii-Hilo) led the Warriors in the two games last week, averaging 22.0 points per contest. Enoch Kalamaby (Gatineau, Canada/Orangeville Prep) averaged 12.0 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game.

The Warriors are back in action Monday night at Missouri State University – West Plains. Tip-off is set for 7:00 PM from the West Plains Civic Center. Indian HIlls previously defeated the Grizzlies 79-60 on November 19.
