Alexis Arriaga joined the Indian Hills Community College Men's Soccer program as an Assistant Coach in the summer of 2021. Arriaga joins head coach Kevin Nuss for their second season of Warrior soccer entering the 2022 campaign.

Arriaga brings past Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) coaching experience to Ottumwa. Arriaga served as a Graduate Assistant for the Iowa Lakes Men's Soccer Program in Estherville, IA, helping the Lakers to its most successful season in program history under head coach Ben MacRae. The Lakers finished third at the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) DI National Tournament in the Spring 2021 season. Iowa Lakes finished the season with a 12-5-1 record.

Arriaga was a four-year member of the Auburn University at Montgomery soccer program where he earned confernece Player of the Week honors and was named to the school's Deans List each year. Arriage played in 67 career games with 35 starts and tallied 16 points (7g, 2a).

A native of  Moctezuma, San Luis, Mexico, Arriaga received his undergraduate degree in International Economics. Arriaga is currently working on a Master's of Business Administration from Auburn University.
