Kansas City, MO – The top-ranked junior college team in the nation hits the road for the Avila Duals at the Mabee Fieldhouse on the Avila University campus. The Warriors will compete in four duals throughout the day Friday.

MAT NOTES
The Warriors are back in action for the first time in two weeks after opening up the year with a 2-0 dual record and two strong showings at open meets.
- The 2022 Avila Duals feature 12 programs, including five nationally ranked NAIA programs
- Indian Hills will compete as the lone junior college and heads into the event as the No. 1 ranked team in the nation
- The Warriors are 3-1 all-time in duals vs. William Penn having won three straight
- Friday will be the first meeting against both Baker and Grand View University
- The Warriors are 1-0 all-time vs. Central Methodist (29-12 on January 21, 2021)
- Indian Hills enters the duals with 11 nationally ranked individuals in the projected lineup
- Dutchess King, ranked No. 1 at 101lbs, previously earned two wins against both Baker and Grand View opponents at the Doane Open
- Friday's duals will be the last aciton for the Warriors of the 2022 calendar year and return to the mat January 14 at the York Open in York, NE
- The Warriors are 11-2 all-time in dual matchups dating back to the team's first season in 2020-21
