Ottumwa, IA – A number of former Indian Hills Men's Golf standouts have continued to excel at the next level, both collegiately and professionally, following their time as a Warrior. Catch up with Warrior alums below:

Edouard Cereto (2022-23)  |  Southern Illinois University

A member of the 2023 NJCAA National Championship squad, Cereto has continued to flourish at the next level after moving on to Southern Illinois University. On Tuesday, Cereto became the first golfer in school history to capture the Missouri Valley Conference Championship with a 7-under 209 to lead the Salukis to the team title and a big to the upcoming NCAA Regional.

For his efforts, Cereto was named the MVC Newcomer of the Year. Cereto finished as the top individual in four separate events for the Salukis this year.

Thomas Choi (2021-22)  |  Wagner College

Choi earned All-NEC Tournament Team honors as a junior last year and will lead the Seahawks into this year's postseason championship set for April 26-28.

Cole Davis (2021-22)  |  Creighton University

Davis is in his second year at Creighton and has appeared in nine career events, including four this season. Daivs posted a top-10 finish at the Jackrabbit Invitational earlier in the year after shooting a season-best 1-under 215.

Taimur Malik (2022-23)  |  Long Island University

Malik, another member of the 2023 NJCAA National Championship squad, has helped Long Island University to three team titles and three runner-up finishes on the year, including its most recent outing at the 2024 Shark Invitational where Malik posted a top-10 finish.

Mitchell Revie (2021-23)  |  Wichita State University

Former Warrior Mitchell Revie has committed to continue his academic and athletic career at Wichita State University for the upcoming 2024-25 season.

Jaskaran Sohal (2021-23)  |  University of South Carolina Upstate

Sohal, a member of the 2023 national championship program, transferred to USC Upstate where he helped the Spartans place third overall in the recent Big South Championship. Sohal led the squad with a 20th-place finish after carding an even 71 for his best performance of the year.

Frank Vucic (2021-22)  |  Loyola Marymount University

Former Warrior Frank Vucic, who led the team at the 2022 NJCAA National Championship as an All-American

Thomas Burou (2019-21)  |  California State University Northridge

Burou in his final season at Cal State Northridge, competed in 21 tournaments in his first two seasons of action and has competed in all nine tournaments in 2023-24. The former All-American at Indian Hills carded a season-best 66 at the Ka'anapali Classic Collegiate.

Cyril Henault (2019-21)  |  University of Missouri – St. Louis

Henault recently took home medalist honors at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship after posting a 3-under 213 for a one-stroke victory. Henault was named to the All-GLVC First-Team for his efforts.

Antoine Sale (2019-21)  |  California State University Northridge

Sale, also a member of the Matadors' squad with Burou, has led the program in his final season with a team-best 70.63 average through nine tournaments this year. Sale, a first-team All-American at Indian Hills has posted four top-10 finishes along with an additional three top-2o finishes on the year.

Julien Sale (2016-18)  |  European Tour

Former Indian Hills All-American and No. 1 ranked golfer in the NJCAA, Sale has made a mark in the professional ranks following his collegiate tour. Sale has competed in five tour events in 2024, recently posting a 15-under par at the Abu Dhabi Challenge to earn a top-20 finish. Next up for Sale, who is currently ranked 723rd in the World Golf Rankings, is the UAE Challenge in Abu Dhabi April 25-28.


Mike Hagen (Coach – 2006-15)  |  Arkansas State University

One of the most decorated NJCAA coaches in history, Hagen has continued to excel at the next level, leading the Arkansas State program for the eighth consecutive year. The Red Wolves are currently competing in the Sun Belt Championship after posting nine top-five finishes and three team titles this year. After the first round of competition on Monday, April 22, the Red Wolves currently sit in first-place with two individuals atop the leaderboard.

Rob Murray (Coach – 2014-17)  |  Long Beach State University

Former assistant and head coach at Indian Hills, Murray has been at the helm of the Long Beach State program since 2022. Murray led the program to the Big West Championship in 2023 and a top-10 finish at the NCAA Las Vegas Regional. The team has captured four top-five finishes this year, including one team title. Long Beach is set for the Big West Championship April 28-30.

Brad Smith (2004-2006)  |  Webster University

A member of the NJCAA Hall of Fame as well as the Indian Hills Hall of Fame, Smith put together one of the most decorated careers at Indian Hills as a two-time All-American before embarking on a professional carer. Smith, in his third season at the helm of Webster University in St. Louis has led the team to five top-five finishes on the year. Webster is set for the SLIAC Championship April 28-30.

Brad Stracke (Player – 1987-89, Coach – 1997-2005)  |  Odessa College

Warrior alum and former head coach who led the program to its first national title has taken over the reigns at NJCAA Odessa College (TX). Stracke and the Wranglers are currently ranked No. 1 in the national rankings.
