Ottumwa -- The new Indian Hills basketball coaching staff has set the dates for the summer basketball instructional camp for boys and girls. It will be held July 27-30 in the Hellyer Student Life Center on the IHCC Ottumwa campus.

The Junior Warrior camp will have two sessions: one for youth ages 5-9 which will run from 9 - 11 a.m. daily; and a second session from 1- 3 p.m. for those ages 10-14. The cost to attend is $50 for the week.

Instruction in basketball fundamentals will be provided by head coach Hank Plona, assistant coaches Josh Sash and Cole Dewey, and current Warrior players.

There will be awards for the 1-on-1 champ, the free throw champion and the Most Outstanding Camper.
