Ottumwa -- Nine members of the Indian Hills sports shooting team qualified for Academic All-Region honors from the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference this spring.

Aaron Reuss, Cody Hindman, Colton Selvy, Luke Schlesselman, Victoria Ward and Tristan Bakalar were on the academic first team; Karson Gonnerman, Kurtis Doty and Macey Romanco were second-team selections.

The academic first team is made up of those student-athletes with a grade point average of 3.5 to 4.0.  A grade point average of 3.0 to 3.49 puts an individual on the second team.

In all, Indian Hills had 81 student-athletes in seven different sports on the Academic All-Region squads for the spring term.
