Waukee, Iowa -- The 2018-19 sports shooting season officially came to a close for the Indian Hills squad on Saturday at the Iowa SCTP State Skeet Championships.  The shooting took place at the New Pioneer Gun Club in Waukee.

Jason Herr of Indian Hills ended his collegiate career with a second-place individual finish, missing only two of the 150 targets for a score of 148.  Cole Becker fired a 135, Karson Gonnerman -- another IHCC team member who closed out his career at the meet -- had a 126, and Caleb Langgin shot 124.

Herr was edged out for the individual title by Colton Uitermarkt of Concordia-Nebraska, who had a 149.
