Cedar Falls, Iowa -- Tyarra English-Paulson won the 600 meter dash and set a school record in the 60 meter hurdles to lead the IHCC women's track and field team at the Jack Jennett Open hosted by the University of Northern Iowa.
English-Paulson's winning time in the 600 meters, a race she led from start to finish, was 1:41.37. She was third in the 60 meter hurdles in a school-best 9.43.
Shalandra Schilling jumped 4'11" in the high jump to finish 3rd.
Ashlyn Elmore's time of 12:37.74 in the 3000 meters was good for 7th.
Taylor Mitchell was 8th in the 400 meters in 1:05.69.
Indian Hills goes to compete in the Grinnell College Invitational next Saturday, Feb. 3.
