Grinnell, Iowa -- Maddie Bach had her second straight strong showing, leading Indian Hills to a 6th-place finish at the Les Duke Invitational, hosted by Grinnell College.  Bach came in 6th over the 6K course with a time of 22:59.  Wartburg won the team title and the Knights' Ashlyn Bagge claimed the individual championship with her time of 21:29.  IHCC was ten points behind the University of Dubuque in 6th place. with 179 points.

Kaylee Ford was the 2nd-place runner for IHCC, finishing 30th in 24:55.  Amanda Wakelin was next in 46th place in 26:05.  Right behind Wakelin were Ashlyn Elmore, 48th, and Vanessa Blanco, 49th, separated by just three seconds with Elmore coming in five seconds behind Wakelin.

The Warriors will run at the Brissman-Lundeen Invite in Rock Island, Ill. on Sept. 22.
