SETTING THE STAGE

After a narrow loss to nationally ranked Southeastern Community College on Jan. 8, the Warriors have rattled off three consecutive wins. The most recent victory was a 112-72 throttling of Kankakee Community College (IL) on Jan. 22, the team's largest margin of victory this season and most points scored in a game. The three-straight victories bumped the Warriors up to No. 15 in the NJCAA rankings and No. 9 in the JUCO Media Poll.

SERIES HISTORY

Wednesday's matchup will be just the second meeting between the two teams this year, with the first contest coming on Nov. 27 in Dixon, IL. The Warriors came out on top 68-54 as Taj Anderson led three players in double-figures with a team-high 14points.

Sauk Valley heads to Ottumwa with a three-game losing streak, but have played just twice since Jan. 5. The Skyhawks have had six of its last eight contests postponed.

HADLEY'S HOUSE

Sophomore J'Vonne Hadley has been on a tear over the last three games for the Warriors. The guard has earned back-to-back ICCAC DI Athlete of the Week honors and has poured in 24 points in consecutive games.

Over his last three contests, Hadley is averaging 22.7 points while shooting 61.1 percent from the floor and 81.5 percent from the free throw line. Hadley is also averaging 8.3 rebounds and 5.0 assists during the stretch.

LOOKING AT SAUK VALLEY

The Skyhawks are led by Jamal Winston's team-high 11.1 points per game on the year, but Indian Hills held the freshman guard to just three points on 1-4 shooting in its previous matchup.

Sauk Valley relies heavily on the three-ball, averaging the third-most attempts in the nation with 31.1 shots from beyond the arc per game. Winston serves as the team's primary threat from deep, averaging 2.6 made three's per game while shooting 6.6 per contest.
