HADLEY RACKS UP ANOTHER WEEKLY HONOR

Another Indian Hills men's basketball student-athlete has been named the Iowa Community College Athletic Association (ICCAC) Athlete of the Week. J'vonne Hadley (St. Paul, MN / Northeastern) received his fourth selection of the year this week after leading the Warriors to wins over North Central Missouri College College and Triton College (IL).

In the 106-73 victory over North Central Missouri, Hadley shot 8-8 on the court and 3-3 from three-point range, good for 21 points, all of that only in 21 minutes of action. In a thrilling contest against Triton on Saturday night, the Warrior guard scored 21 points in the come-from-behind win over the 10th ranked team in the nation, 87-84. Hadley also had eight rebounds and blocked three shots.

The sophomore leader is averaging 10.8 points per game, 6.1 rebounds per game, and 1.8 assists per game this season. But during the Warriors' current 11 game win-streak, Hadley has been on another level, averaging 18.9 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game.

Riding the wave of an 11-game win-streak, the Warriors finished out the regular season 25-5 overall. The Warriors will host Southeastern Community College in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XI Championship at 7:00 PM at the Hellyer Center on Saturday night as part of Coaches vs. Cancer night.
