KALAMBAY NAMED ICCAC ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Ottumwa, IA – Sophomore Enoch Kalambay (Gatineau, Canada/Orangeville Prep) recorded his third consecutive double-double for No. 3 Indian Hills Men's Basketball to earn Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) Athlete of the Week honors.

Kalambay becomes the fifth individual to earn ICCAC weekly honors this year. As a team, the Warriors have claimed eight of the 10 weekly accolades. Kalambay previously earned ICCAC Athlete of the Week honors as a freshman on December 14, 2021.

In the Warriors' lone game last week, Kalambay powered the team to a 66-45 victory over ICCAC foe Marshalltown Community College on Wednesday night. Kalambay produced his third straight double-double, and fourth of the year with 10 points and 10 rebounds in 20 minutes of action.

On the year, Kalambay ranks second on the team with 11.0 points per game and leads the Warriors with 6.4 rebounds per contest. The sophomore's 2.7 assists per game also lead the Warriors.

Indian Hills is back in action Saturday night at the Hellyer Center as the Warriors host No. 18 Southeastern Community College. Saturday's game serves as the annual Coaches vs. Cancer game.
