The Warriors make the trek to ICCAC foe Marshalltown Saturday night in the team's final regular season conference tilt.

SETTING THE STAGE

Indian Hills (22-3, 3-0) enters Saturday's matchup with the Tigers following just its third loss of the season, a narrow 76-75 decision at Missouri State University - West Plains on Monday night. Prior to Monday's loss, the Warriors had won seven straight games.

Marshalltown (9-15, 0-2) hosts the Warriors on a three-game losing streak, a stretch that includes a loss to Indian Hills on January 25. The Tigers most recently lost a tight contest at Kirkwood on February 8, 59-57.

  • Heading into Saturday's ICCAC finale for the Warriors, Indian Hills has already clinched the outright regular season championship. The Warriors have had at least a share of the regular season title in each of the last 14 years.

Indian Hills defeated Marshalltown in its previous matchup on January 25 in Ottumwa. The Warriors used a second half surge to run past the Tigers 66-45.

Four different individuals reached double-figures for the Warriors, led by Don McHenry's 13. Enoch Kalambay collected a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

The Tigers were led by Zion Obanla's double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds.

SERIES HISTORY

The Warriors sport a 90-18 all-time record vs. the Tigers, dating back to the 1963-64 season. This year's victory over the Tigers was the 22nd consecutive win and have not lost to the Tigers since February 23, 2013.

Over the last 10 meetings, the Warriors are averaging a 24.9 margin of victory over the Tigers, including four wins by at least 30 points.

Marshalltown enters the game with an 8-6 overall home record on the year.
