HILLSBORO, MO. -  The Indian Hills softball team moved to 11-2 on the season with a road sweep over Jefferson College yesterday in Hillsboro, Missouri.

Returning all-American Olivia Goodale picked up her fourth win against just one loss in tossing the complete game 6-2 victory in the opener over the Vikings. Sophomore Abby Straight moved to 4-0 in picking up the complete game five-inning 9-0 shutout in the nightcap.

The Warrior bats were busy on the day as IHCC delivered five home runs in the twinbill, including two each from Erin Kuba and Cheyanne Bergert.

Jefferson falls to 2-2 on the season.

Today's scheduled doubleheader with St. Charles Community College has been cancelled due to wet grounds in Cottleville, Missouri.  The Warriors will next be in action on Thursday, March 8 when they travel to take on Northeastern Oklahoma A&M for a pair of games in Miami, Oklahoma.
