Ottumwa -- Fourteen members of the Indian Hills softball team earned a spot on the ICCAC Academic All-Region teams announced this week.  The softball Warriors who were honored for their academic performance in the spring term included:

1st Team - Abby Sweet, Alexis Groet, Brooke Snider, Brooke Tucker, Jakala Hall, Jalila Hart, Nicole Bellis, Nina Hendriks and Peyton Moffet

2nd Team - Anna Voigt, Chloe Olson, Eryn Ackerman, Macey Harrington, Morgan Greiner and Tiffany Unkel

First-team selections compiled a grade point average of 3.5 and above while the second-team picks had a GPA of between 3.0 and 3.49 for the term.

Indian Hills had 99 student-athletes named Academic All-Region in seven sports that competed during the spring.
