Ottumwa -- Three members of the Indian Hills women's cross country squad were named to the 2019 Fall Academic All-Region team announced by the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference this week.  The first-team selections earned grade point averages of 3.5 or higher during the fall while the second-team picks had GPAs between 3.0 and 3.49.

The first-team all-region honoree for women's cross country was Morgan Lawson and named to the second team were Ceyda Nazli and Shiggo Shadin.  Lawson was also named to the academic all-region team last year as a freshman.

Indian Hills had a total of 81 academic all-region members in eight different sports.
