Jenn Marshall has served as the Indian Hills Softball Assistant Coach since the 2019-20 season. Alongside head coach Lindsay Diehl, Marshall has helped lead the Warriors to the NJCAA Region 11 title in each of her three complete seasons at Indian Hills. 

Marshall was a part of the Warrior coaching staff that reached the 2023 NJCAA World Series in Oxford, AL after winning both the NJCAA Region 11 Championship and the NJCAA Midwest District Championship. 

Marshall oversees a variety of aspects of the Warrior Softball program and primarily works with outfielders, infielders, catchers, and hitters. Marshall brings a wide-range of past experience and vast knowledge of the game that translates to Diehl's coaching philosophy.

Marshall arrived at IHCC after a stint as a professor and assistant softball coach at Morrisville State College in Morrisville, NY. Prior to her time at Morrisville State, Marshall spent three years as an assistant coach and athletic administration intern at Finger Lakes Community College in Canandaigua, NY. Marshall filled those positions while earning a bachelor's in Sport Management with a minor in coaching from The College of Brockport in Brockport, NY. Marshall completed a master's degree in Sport Management from SUNY Cortland and obtained her associates degree in athletic training from Finger Lakes CC.

At Indian Hills, Marshall helps oversee annual pitching, catching, and skills development camps for youth and high school softball players throughout the state.

Marshall also serves as an Admissions Representative at Indian Hills.
