MEN'S XC ENTERS USTFCCCA RANKINGS

2022 USTFCCCA NJCAA DI Cross Country Men's Poll - Week 2

Ottumwa, IA – The Indian Hills Men's Cross Country team entered the national rankings this week with a spot at No. 25 in the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) DI Junior College Poll.

The Warriors are one of three teams from the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) to check into this week's national poll. Iowa Central Community College is ranked No. 2 followed by Iowa Western Community College at No. 10.

Indian Hills is coming off a seventh-place finish at the Grand View Invitational in Ankeny on September 24. The Warriors have also produced strong showings at the Dutch Cross Country Invitation in Pella and the historic Les Duke Invitational in Grinnell to open up the 2022 season.

Sophomore Brady Millikin (Hedrick, IA/Pekin) has led the Warrior pace throughout the early goings, setting a school record in the men's 6k along with a personal best time in the 8k event as well. Freshmen Brody Lucas (Norwalk, IA/Norwalk) and Logan Soedt (Eldridge, IA/North Scott) have also performed at a high level for the Warriors.

Next up for Indian Hills is the Seminole Valley Stampede in Cedar Rapids, IA on Saturday. Action gets underway at Mount Mercy College at 9:45 AM.
