FORD SETS SECOND RECORD, WARRIORS DOMINANT AGAIN

Peoria, IL –Brandon Ford (Perth, West Australia/Duncraig) continued to shine on the course as the freshman standout led an impressive performance by the No. 8 nationally ranked Indian Hills Men's Cross Country team on Friday night at the Bradley Intercollegiate.

Ford set his second school record in as many meets to open his collegiate career as the freshman placed second overall in the 8k event with a time of 24:07.30. Ford's new school record comes two weeks after setting the new program standard in the 6k at the Hawkeye Invitational in Iowa City. Ford's 8k record on Friday night eclipsed the previous record held by Marcus Graham by 15 seconds.

The Warriors once again put together a strong team showing with a third-place finish among the 13-team field. Indian Hills totaled 104 team points with three top-20 finishes to place ahead of NCAA DI program Marquette University.
