NAVE EARNS ALL-AMERICAN HONORS TO LEAD WARRIORS

Hutchinson, KS – Sophomore Dymonde Nave (Sioux Falls, SD/Sioux Falls Lincoln) cemented her Indian Hills legacy with a third-place finish at the 2025 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) DI Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.

Nave collected her third-career All-American honor for the Warriors with a school record time of 13.57 into a -1.3 wind to place third overall. Nave broke her own school record in her final collegiate race to highlight the Warriors at the 2025 national championships.

The sophomore added a new personal-best mark in the women's 400m hurdle event as well, placing 11th overall with a mark of 1:02.80, the second-fastest time in the event in school history.

Freshman Tiffani Koonce (Prairie City, IA/Prairie City-Monroe) broke her own school record in the women's 5,000m run with a time of 18:59.94 to place 20th overall in the event for the Warriors.

In total, nine different athletes competed at the national championships to lead the Warriors to a 24th place finish in the team standings.
