Malcolm Allen joined the Indian Hills Women's Wrestling team as an assistant coach in November, 2025. Allen joined the Warriors after previously serving as Associate Head Women's Wrestling Coach at Southeast Community College (NE).

Allen was a National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National runner-up at 285lbs with Iowa Central Community College in 2014 before finishing his collegiate career at Mankato State University where he was a NCAA DII National Finalist. Allen was a five-time US Senior Level All-American. Allen was also the Dave Schultz Memorial tournament champion in 2017, winning his first international competition on the senior level.

"I'm glad to have Malcolm on staff," stated head coach Darren Wynn. "I'm excited to see how he helps the ladies grow on and off the mat."
