WARRIORS CLOSE FALL SEASON AT NO. 12

NJCAA DI WOMEN'S GOLF CLIPPD NATIONAL RANKINGS

Ottumwa, IA – The Indian Hills Women's Golf team closed out its fall campaign ranked No. 12 in the latest National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) DI Women's Golf Scoreboard Powered by Clippd rankings. The Warriors placed five individuals in the top-100 of national ratings.

Indian Hills held steady at No. 12 in the national polls for the second consecutive week, tying its highest rank of the year. The Warriors earned 16.77 average weighted points in this week's poll.

Freshman Joska Nelis (Haarlem, Netherlands/Lyceum Sancta Maria) climbed in the individual national rankings for the third consecutive week. Nelis, this week's Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) DI Women's Golf Athlete of the Week, checked in at No. 31 in the latest poll, jumping one spot from last week and a total of 13 spots from the start of the year.

Veronica Rodriguez (Santiago, Chile/Liceo A-1310 Buin) held strong at No. 51 in the individual national rankings followed by Poppy Norcott (Wiltshire, United Kingdom/Hartpury College) who is ranked No. 66. Taylor Pacheco (Chula Vista, CA/Olympian) checked in at No. 72 in the latest ratings while Sofia Saavedra (Barquisimeto, Venezuela/Dawere International) earned a spot at No. 84 in the latest poll.

Indian Hills will return to action for the spring season as the Warriors gear up for a postseason run.
