Ottumwa -- Twenty-one members of the Indian Hills men's track and field team earned a spot on the ICCAC Academic All-Region teams announced this week.  The Warriors who were honored for their academic performance in the spring term included:

1st Team -Aytonn Bar-Shimon, Conner Riley, Elijah Berry, Elijah Boesch, Ethan Mesenbrink, Floyd Pond and Jacob Glandon

2nd Team - Corrion Matthews, Herman Chongwain, Jadon Tirado, Jasean White, Judah Cocco, Kaleb Schneider, Kase Hitt, Lazavien Walker, Micah Reed, Nathan Simons, Rancy Freeman, Seth Kilborn, Tyler Dunigan and Zackary Nelson

First-team selections compiled a grade point average of 3.5 and above while the second-team picks had a GPA of between 3.0 and 3.49 for the term.

Indian Hills had 99 student-athletes named Academic All-Region in seven sports that competed during the spring.
