The Indian Hills Women's Wrestling squad will head to Council Bluffs having won four consecutive women's junior college national championships, including the first two NJCAA National Invitational titles.
- The Warriors ran away with last year's national title, winning the event by 57 team points while producing 16 All-Americans.
- Six Warriors who earned All-American honors from a year ago return to the Mid-America Center looking to earn another spot on the podium.
- Indian Hills will send a total of 23 members of the program to compete for a national title, including 15 first-time national qualifiers.
- Of the 11 weight classes at this year's event, the Warriors secured four No. 1 overall seeds (103lbs, 124lbs, 145lbs, and 180lbs).
- Sophomore Genesis Gilmore, the 2024 155lb national champion and No. 1 ranked pound-for-pound wrestler in the nation earned the top overall seed in the 145lb bracket this year.
- Sophomore Angelica Vicente Gonzalez enters this weekend ranked No. 1 in the 124lb bracket. An All-American from a year ago, Gonzalez finished second overall at last year's national championship in the 123lb bracket.
- The Warriors will send a loaded group to compete in the 180lb bracket led by No. 1 overall seed Nevaeh Hayden and No. 3 seeded Paola Rodriguez, the 2025 ICCAC Region 11 Champion.
- Freshman Chasey Karabell earned the No. 1 overall seed at 103lbs and will look to claim the program's third all-time lightweight title.

SCOUTING THE FIELD
A NJCAA-record 22 programs will compete at this year's national championship with programs from across the nation taking the mat at the Mid-America Center
- Five of the top-10 teams in the final NJCAA Women's Wrestling rankings hail from the ICCAC, including No. 2 Iowa Western and No. 4 Iowa Central.
- In total, 107 individuals from the ICCAC will compete at this weekend's national championships.
- Of the 11 weight classes, seven different programs earned a No. 1 overall seed, including four teams that competed against the Warriors in dual action this year.
- Along with Indian Hills' Genesis Gilmore, Taylor Knox of Southwestern Oregon is the lone returning national champion. Knox earned the No. 1 overall seed in the 207lb bracket.
